The roadway is currently a 2-lane road and the plans are to widen the roadway to 4-lanes with a center median. Construction also includes, widening roadways that intersect E. 96th Avenue through the corridor, roadway grading, hot mix asphalt paving, concrete roadway paving, traffic signals at four (4) intersections, roadway signage, roadway striping, traffic control, sidewalks, multi-use paths, storm sewer, water quality pond, a bridge over 2nd Creek, a pedestrian underpass, soil erosion control, street lighting, construction of a 12-inch potable water line, a 12-inch irrigation water line, and a 30 to 36-inch potable transition water lines, landscaping, and landscape irrigation.
