Reference Number: 0000359899 Adams County is soliciting proposals from architectural firms to provide Professional Design Services and Construction Documents for the FLATROCK Regional Training Center, situated at 23600 E 128th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022. Question Deadline 08/22/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online: No This is a one-year agreement with the option of a one year renewal. Continuation of the Agreement beyond the initial period is a County prerogative and not a right of the Contractor. This prerogative will be exercised only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the County and upon budget approval. General Requirements - Insurance Required The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Pre bid info : Contractor shall take all necessary precautions with going through secure facility, i.e. tools, camera, etc. Pictures are allowed; however, the Project Manager and Contract Specialist can review all images throughout the walkthrough.
