Reference Number 0000347627 Removal, replacement preparation and installation of hot asphalt to repair large transverse cracks identified areas in the northern area of the City of Commerce City. The work to be performed under this contract includes removal, replacement preparation and installation of hot asphalt to repair large transverse cracks identified areas in the northeast section of the City of Commerce City per the specifications as part of this RFB. Some patch locations may subgrade repair with geo-textile grid or Class 6 base material or a combination of both. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, as that term is defined in the General Conditions found attached to the Construction Contract Agreement. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City, Republic Services, school districts, special districts, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable.
