The Project Consists of Upgrading the Traffic Signal Equipment at Eight Intersections to Add Flashing Yellow Arrow Displays for the Left Turn Movement as Required. Project Duration: the Time Allowed for Performance of the Project Will Be 180 Days From Issuance of Notice to Proceed. Contractor and Their Subcontractors Are Required to Be in Compliance With the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act." Cobb County Will Affirmatively Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d-42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle a, Office of the Secretary, Part 21 Nondiscrimination Act(S). Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation and Small Business Participation in All Dot Contracts is Encouraged. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids and Waive Any Formalities. This work includes furnishing, installing, and removing a water permeable filter fabric fence to remove suspended particles from drainage water. This work includes furnishing and installing the following: 1. Storm drain pipe 2. Side drain pipe 3. Pipe-arch culverts 4. Elliptical pipe 5. Flared end sections 6. Safety end sections 7. Tapered pipe inlets Install structures according to the Specifications and the details shown on the Plans, or as directed by the Engineer.
