Site work for a mixed-use development in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and golf course.
**As of March 27, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** 1. Add top soil/fill material and regrade where necessary to match surrounding contours. 2. Grass areas of disturbance to tie into surrounding turf. TifTuf Bermudagrass in sunny areas and Zoysia in shaded areas. Listed below are areas of the golf course that require repair/replacement along with the approximate square footage for each area. Please note, that we are also looking to have the rubber mulch removed and disposed of offsite in addition to the grassing of areas on the golf course. Bids must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
