The Contractor shall remove 16 existing VRLA battery strings that consist of 3 cells per string (total 48 cells). Replace, labor to install, and test 16 new VRLA battery strings that consist of 3 cells per string (total 48 cells) within Communication Node (CN) #12 building 7475. (1) purchase and deliver the new batteries to the site; (2) remove and dispose the old batteries; (3) install and test new batteries. Solicitation amended: A. Added Site Visit B. Extended RFI and Solicitation Due Dates Solicitation amended #2: Modified SF1499 Block 10 to Uncheck WOSB and Check Small Business. It is a 100% small business set aside requirement.
