Base Year: April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025 Option Year 1: April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 Option Year 2: April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027 Option Year 3: April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2028 Option Year 4: April 1, 2028 - March 31, 2029 Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required The City of Colorado Springs reserves the right (a) to reject any or all offers,(b) to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received, and/or (c) to accept any portion of an offer if deemed in the best interest of the City of Colorado Springs. Failure of the Offeror to provide in its offer any information requested in the RFP may result in rejection of the offer for non-responsiveness.
