As of May 29, 2024, a final selection and contract for consulting services is expected to be executed in the summer of 2024. The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to provide professional architectural and engineering services for planning, design and construction management of the 521 Chkalov Building Remodel and parking lot improvements.
