Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a retail development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 29, 2024, a final selection and contract for consulting services is expected to be executed in the summer of 2024. The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to provide professional architectural and engineering services for planning, design and construction management of the 521 Chkalov Building Remodel and parking lot improvements. Questions Due Date: Mar 8th 2024, 4:00 PM PST Questions or Requests for Clarification must be sent to Michael Woods, Senior Procurement Specialist, via email to Michael.Woods@cityofvancouver.us The City reserves the right to cancel this Request or reject any and all statement of qualifications submitted or to waive any minor formalities of this call if the best interest of the City would be served. Proposers may not withdraw statements of qualifications after set due date and time, unless award of contract is delayed for more than ninety (90) days. Statements of qualifications submitted via the United States Postal Service (USPS) must be addressed: Procurement Services Manager, City of Vancouver, P.O. Box 1995, Vancouver, Washington 98668-1995. In some cases, acceptance of submissions requiring a signature may be delayed due to City staff not being available to sign for deliveries. Proposals submitted by FAX or EMAIL will NOT be accepted. Statements of qualifications must be in a sealed envelope, and clearly marked "RFQ 14-24 521 CHKALOV DRIVE PROPERTY REMODEL."
