Item Number -1 Quantity - 10,177 Units - SY Description - Double Bituminous Seal Coat as per PUB 408 Section 470 Bidders required to be PennDOT prequalified in work described. Preconstruction Meeting Required contact Municipality 610-488-7170 for meeting date. Project location: Various roads within the Township as shown on the attached map. Hess Road: Main Street (SR 0023) to E. Eby Road Hess Road: E. Eby Road to Township Line E. Eby Road: Newport Road to Farmland Road Farmland Road: Main Street (SR 0023) to E. Eby Road Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project.
