**As of August 15, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on the next 45 days. Bid includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material and the installation of either standing-seam metal panels or exposed fastener metal panels on the approximately 3,600 square foot roof. Bid includes the removal and disposal of the existing soffit, spouting, gable siding and trim and the installation of new materials, provided by Bidder. All measurements and quantities to be verified by the bidder. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof.
