The project consists of 1,800 feet of roadway paving with DSA Aggregate. The exist- ing gravel roadway is to be fine graded and compacted to a crown with 4%-6% cross slopes with paving notches in each end. DSA Aggregate is to be placed in a single 17 foot wide pass at a depth of 8, compacted to 6. Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%)of the total amount of the proposal. Proposals shall be effective for 90 days from the date of opening. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond within 10 days after the contract is awarded. A 15% maintenance bond will also be required upon completion of the project. Project is to be substantially complete by October 15, 2025.
