All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost except to the successful bidder at Penn Bid - https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ The Project work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment for paving several projects as described below. 1) 2024 Permanent trench pavement restoration for locations within the City of Reading, Muhlenberg and Kenhorst to be completed in 2024 as shown in Bid documents: 2) EXTRA: 2024 Pavement Restoration projects that were associated with water main repair /replacement projects within RAWA's primary water service territory, which includes the City of Reading; portions of Kenhorst Borough; and portions of Cumru, Muhlenberg and Bern Townships. Qualified bidders shall be able to demonstrate directly relevant experience with the installation of water facilities located in urban areas. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
