The City Manager's Office (CMO) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide to provide emergency shelter services for unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness. The professional services with pre-qualified firms will hold expertise in providing comprehensive 24-hour emergency shelter services utilizing Housing First, Trauma Informed Care, and Harm Reduction principles. Selected firms will enter into a professional service agreement with the City of Santa Cruz. The City assumes that proposers may have varying levels of expertise. As a result, the City may contract with multiple proposers to provide services on an as-needed basis. Selected proposers will be pre-qualified to provide a quote once a specific project has been identified. RFP Questions and Clarification Due Date: March 4, 2024, 4:00pm Questions or concerns regarding any aspect of this RFP shall be sent via City's e-Procurement Portal's Question & Answer feature. The term of the contract will commence upon notification of award and continue for a period of 1 year plus any renewals agreed to by the parties and made in writing.
