Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be done consists, in general, of removing existing 12" & 10" corrugated metal pipes and replacing them with new 12" corrugated HDPE pipes. The work also includes installing catch basins, modifying a junction box, and installing curb ramps. Project must be completed before July 16, 2024, or liquidated damages of $300/day will apply.
