Site work and paving for a road / highway in Port Edwards, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Plank Hill Lane from CTH AA south to the county line (approximately 5650 feet) is a LRIP Town Road Improvement Project. The project length is approximately 5,650 feet. Work includes placing 1,650 tons of crushed 3/4-inch aggregate-3 inches deep by 22 feet wide on existing asphalt surface and pulverizing full asphalt depth from CTH AA south to the county line, approximately 3" (13,900 sy), grade, shape so base is crowned to a 2 percent from center line, compact, pave 1,600 tons of type 4MT 58-28S, 2 inches thick placed in 1 lift, place 300 tons of compacted 3/4" crushed aggregate for shoulder 2 foot wide by 2 inches deep with a shoulder machine and compacted with a smooth drum or pneumatic roller. All work to be completed by August 09, 2024. All work and materials shall be in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Transportation standard specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, 2024 Edition. The Town of Port Edwards reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid they deem most advantageous to the town.
