This acquisition is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction projects, alteration, maintenance and repairs on Veteran Affairs Medical Centers and Other Real Property Facilities. In order to be considered, the offeror submitting an offer shall be registered in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) site at the time of submission of proposal and award. MATOC Primary Geographical Locations: Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VA Medical Center (VAMC)3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VA Medical Center (VAMC)1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212 Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Athens, Chattanooga, Clarksville, Tullahoma and Nashville, TN. This Request for Proposal (RFP) shall result in multiple FFP, MATOC awards. The period of performance for the MATOC will be for a one-year (12 months) base period with four (4) one-year (12 months) option periods. The MATOC combined ceiling capacity is $45,000,000. Maximum single award amount is $4,500,000 with a guaranteed minimum of $2,000. Applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business size standard of $45 million. This is a competitive acquisition that will utilize Tradeoff selection process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1. This RFP will also result in the award of the initial Seed Project Task Order to one (1) of the successful MATOC recipients.
