The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (Tdcj) is Currently Seeking Bids to Establish a Purchase Order for the Procurement of Chiller Coils. All communications and questions concerning this solicitation, including any of a technical nature, shall be made in writing to the purchasers referenced on this solicitation. Bidders are specifically barred from making contact with any user department personnel involved in this solicitation for the purpose of discussing this solicitation.
