Carthage, IL 62321 (2 project locations). Summary of Work 1. Replacement of existing mechanical equipment at the Carl Sandburg College Galesburg and Carthage campus locations. Scope of work primarily consists of mechanical equipment replacement, demolition, ceiling removal/replacement, and electrical as needed. See Section 01 1000 - SUMMARY Correspondence and questions shall be directed to the office of the Construction Manager, Rivercity Construction, LLC, 101 hoffer lane, east peoria, illinois 61611; t: 309.694.3120; attention: Dan hopper (dhopper@rccllc.com). Bid shall be held good and not withdrawn for sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening. Question Deadline 03/08/2024 Neither the Architect nor Owner will respond to questions verbally regarding the Project outside the Pre-Bid Conference. All requests for clarifications or interpretations outside the Pre-Bid Conference shall be made to the Architect in writing and will be answered by Addendum when appropriate. Addenda items resulting from the Pre- Bid Conference will be disseminated to all registered bidders.
