Sealed bid proposals should be sent to the Knox County Clerk's Office, 200 South Cherry Street. The Knox County Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals and to accept the proposal that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Knox County.
