Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Farmington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.
**As of April 29, 2024, project was awarded to Ebert Construction but awarded amount is not available.** A certified check, cashiers check or corporate surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the base bid shall accompany each bid. The bid security shall be made payable to the Dakota County Community Development Agency. The bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The cost of all bonds shall be included in the Bid. The Contractor must be a responsible bidder as defined in the bid documents. The CDA may select any combination of alternates at its own discretion. The CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
