Cleaning and maintenance of gutters and downspouts; repairs to historic plaster walls and ceilings; limited HVAC, plumbing, and electrical modifications. Alternate 1: Installation of elevator and elevator shaft to serve ground, first, and second floors. PROJECT LOCATION: Anderson House The three-story structure is built on foundation with a basement and consists of approximately 6,263 square feet. Interior walls and ceilings are drywall with joint compound applied at seams and plaster. Floor finishes include concrete and hardwood. Exterior construction is wood and masonry with wood frame windows and doors. Non-suspect building materials include concrete, brick, masonry, fiberglass or foam, insulation and ceiling tiles, rubber, foam, wood, metal, silicone, ceramic, terra cotta brick, and glass.
