This is for the Purchase of Water/wastewater Treatment Chemicals Only Potassium Permanganate (KMnO4). for potable water treatment application, in conformance with AWWA Standard B603-93. Material shall be the "free-flowing" grade. Purchases will be made in U.S. Department of Transportation authorized 55 lb. net weight drums. Purchase of the drums shall be in lots of approximately 20 drums per delivery on an appropriate type pallet to permit unloading by pallet truck. Delivery to be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., F.O.B. Newark Water Treatment Plant. Contractor shall make deliveries within three (3) working days after receipt of order. Delivery will be made to Water Plant between 7 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday (excluding official City Holidays) Deliveries shall be made to the City of Newark Water Treatment Plant, 164 Waterworks Road, Newark, OH 43055 The right is reserved to reject any or all bids The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City at the time of the bid opening.
