Renovation of a municipal facility in Newark, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Licking County Prosecutors Office 3rd Floor HVAC Alterations If the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 and for construction, demolition, alterations, repair or reconstruction of an improvement, a Bid Surety in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit pursuant to Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid. Or a vendor may provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond pursuant to Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid. Official checks and Company checks are not acceptable forms of Bid Surety. If the successful bidder submitted a Bid Surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, the bidder is required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the full contract amount pursuant to Section 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code.
