Site work for a water / sewer project in Newark, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description This Project includes 600 lead and/or galvanized water service lines to be replaced. The work will be located within the City of Newark as detailed on the included address lists. The City will provide the Contractor with approximately 160 signed work agreements, the Contractor will be responsible for obtaining approximately 400 signed work agreements from property owners designated by the City. The remaining 40 work agreements will be assigned by the City as needed for leaks throughout the city. COMPLETION OF WORK: In submitting a bid, the undersigned agrees to execute the Owner-Contractor Agreement in the form included in the Contract Documents and to substantially complete its Work as required by the Contract Documents. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $2,614,574.00, including the contigency allowance of $150,000.00.
