Commerical Floor Replacement for Licking County Justice Center Any questions or clarification are to be submitted in writing to Don Hina, Licking County Justice Center Maintenance Director, at dhina2@LickingCounty.Gov. All usable pieces of flooring not necessary to complete the work are to be inspected by Licking County Justice Center Maintenance Director, Don Hina at 740-670-5526, dhina2@lickingcounty.gov. Flooring pieces are to be left at the jobsite if requested. Flooring pieces that Don Hina, Licking County Justice Center Maintenance Director, does not want to keep, shall be hauled from the job site by the Contractor and appropriately destroyed. All bids submitted shall meet the bond requirements of Sections 153.54 and 307.88 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best BID. If, in the opinion of the Board, the acceptance of the lowest BID is not in the best interest of all concerned, the Board may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and re-advertise. The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the BIDs received. If obtaining Bid from website, a bidder s receipt must be submitted to the Licking County Commissioners Office to enable the County to send updates or corrections to the bid documents.
