This project will renovate the interior of an existing Burger King. Mechanical and electrical systems will be modified to meet Burger King's food equipment requirements. Finish will be replaced to meet Burger King's trade dress/branding standards. The Performance Bond will be executed on EXCHANGE FORM 4400-041 and in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Payment Bond will be executed on EXCHANGE FORM 4400-040 and in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The contract price means the award of the contract. If the contract price increases, an additional amount equal to 100 percent of the Increase is required for both bonds.
