Site work for a water / sewer project in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work being considered is: The rehabilitation of approximately 5,300 lf of 6 through 10 diameter sanitary sewer mainlines using open-cut and pipe bursting method; manhole removal and replacement; service line installation and reconnection; pipe testing and TV inspections; and surface restoration. The warranty period for this project will be 3 years for the manholes and 1 year for the remaining work. All Work must be at Final Completion by no later than October 31, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest.
