Gezon Pumping Station HVAC Upgrades. Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids/proposals, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid/proposal requirements may be directed via e-mail to Eric Schippers, eschippers@centuryae.com. No questions or interpretations will be issued later than 4 days before the due date for bids. Cancel any bid, order, and/or contract in whole or in part without penalty due to failure of a proponent/contractor to comply with the specifications. Reject any or all bids If a bid bond is required, it must be in the amount of 5.0% of the bid amount and in the form of EJCDC bid bond form C-430 or another form acceptable to the City attorney. As an alternative to the bid bond, City will accept a cashiers check to the City in the amount of 5.0% of the bid amount or an irrevocable standby letter of credit in the amount of 5.0% of the bid amount that is in a form and substance acceptable to the City Attorney The work contained in this contract consists of the replacement of several of the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems serving the Gezon Pumping located at 5591 Gezon Court SW, Wyoming, Michigan 49519 as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Century A&E, Inc., 277 Crahen Avenue, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49525-3459.
