The City of Wyoming, Michigan (City) is requesting bids/proposals for the items, services, or project generally referred to as: Wyoming Senior Center (WSC) Accessible Entrance Renovation The City of Wyoming is seeking a secure qualified contractor to provide all necessary specifications, drawings, permits, and design materials required to renovate the front and side entrances of the WSC, located at 2380 DeHoop Ave SW, Wyoming, Michigan 49509, to provide accessible entry complying with ADA accessibility standards. All bids/proposals must include the fully signed Bid/Proposal Form and all other required information submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled: "Bid/Proposal for WSC Accessible Entrance Renovation." Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring delivery by the required date and time. Any bid/proposal, even if in route by U.S. Mail or by courier service or if held by the U.S. Postal Service or a courier for pick-up by City staff, that is received in the Clerk's Office after the required date and time, will not be opened and will be returned to the bidder/proponent. Bids/proposals will not be accepted by e-mail or other electronic delivery. Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids/proposals, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid/proposal requirements may be directed via e-mail to chad.boprie@wyomingmi.gov.No questions or interpretations will be issued later than 4 days before the due date for bids. The WSC will remain in operation through project completion (the project must be completed no later than November 30, 2024).
