Outdoor Fiber Installation The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or waive any technicalities of this process SCOPE OF WORK The RFP is for the installation of new fiber, testing, and providing the connection interface for our primary network cabling. The fiber optic system will be installed to connect our Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to new connection points, inclusive of our grandstands, concession stand, and transportation building. Contractor is responsible for connections from the MDF to the end points. There is some existing conduit and handholes that can be utilized, however more details will be provided at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Fiber must be inside no less than 2 conduit. Fiber project to be completed and invoiced by August 1, 2024.
