The Renovation Includes Demolition of Existing (2) Steam Boilers and Accessories Complete and Replace With (2) New Steam Boiler System Complete. Demolition of Existing Roof Ventilator Units, Ceiling Fans, Indoor Air Handling Units, Steam Unit Heater, and Related Ductwork, Piping, and Controls in the Gym and Replace With New Rooftop Units With Dx Cooling and Gas Heating, Related Ductwork Distribution, and Gas Piping, and Controls & Electrical Work. This Project Includes General Construction Plus Hvac, Electrical, and Plumbing Work. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days After Opening of Bids. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities.
