The Town of Mansfield invites the submission of qualifications by responsible firms having the ability to perform Engineering Services for Lead and Copper Rule Compliance in the Town of Mansfield; this is a qualifications-based selection process. Work includes but not be limited to: compliance with the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) and Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) as promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and related services. Services shall include the identification, development, and preparation of federal, state, local, and private grant applications to fund studies, plans, work, and then implement work funded under those grants, including State and Federal grants and those originating with, but not limited to, the USEP A including Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding. Additional scope may be added as needed or required. The fees are to be negotiated with the firm(s) having the highest ranked proposals. The deadline for questions will be 10:00AM on March 14, 2024 at 10:00am. The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to waive any informality in the submissions, to reject any or all submissions, or to accept any submission which it deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Mansfield.
