Harris County is soliciting bids for construction of a new public restroom building and build-out with related site and utility improvements at Hutcheson Park for Precinct 1. The project will consist of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the new public restroom building and build-out with related site and utility improvements, all complete, operational, and in place in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and all applicable codes and standards. In addition, the vendor must comply with Texas Government Code (GC) 2258, Prevailing Wage Rates, and GC 2253.021, Performance and Payment Bonds.
