Work will include (but not limited to) the new concrete drive and sidewalks, canopy, metal building system, drywall partitions, finishes, acoustical ceiling, casework, playground equipment, pavilion equipment, hydraulic elevator, MEP Systems. The Project consists of providing all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, insurance, contributions, and all services and facilities required for the new YES Prep Elementary School for YES Prep Public Schools located where indicated on the Drawings.
