Site work for a clubhouse / community center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Description: The City of Oconomowoc Parks, Rec & Forestry is seeking quotes for installation of polyurea coating over the exterior concrete at the Oconomowoc Community Center. Scope of services include preparation of the surfacing, priming & installation of polyurea coatings to the decking & stairs. Quotes arriving aft-er the prescribed time & date will not be accepted. Quotes will not be opened & read aloud & No Fax Quotes will be accepted. Parks, Rec & Forestry Dept is not responsible for undelivered mail or any other failure of any agency to deliver the Quote on time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes, waive any informality & accept the Quote that serves the best interest of the City. SCOPE OF WORK The proposed Contractor work shall prepare the surfacing and install polyurea coating with sand grit to the Oconomowoc Community Center (220 W. Wisconsin Ave.) West side decking, back decking, back steps, underside of the back steps and upper deck for the City of Oconomowoc
