Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Oconomowoc is requesting proposals for the Construction Management of our 2024 Septage Receiving Station Improvement Project. Work consists of construction of upgrades to the septage receiving system at the Oconomowoc Wastewater Treatment Facility, including construction of a new Septage Screening Building, Transfer Pump Station, and Septage Storage Tank. The Work includes installation of fine screening equipment, transfer pumps, and septage pumping. The Work includes related sitework improvements, piping modifications, HVAC system, electrical, instrumentation/controls, surface restoration, and other ancillary work required to complete the improvements. Response to the questions will be provided to all consultants on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Not-to-Exceed proposals are due to the Office of the Wastewater Treatment Plant by 11:00 am local time on Friday, May 10, 2024. The construction of the work will be awarded on May 7, 2024 Our project has contractual project times of Substantial Completion within 550 days from the date the contract time commences and completed and ready for final payment within 580 from the date when the contract time commences. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select any firm proposal that it deems the most advantageous and serves in the best interest of the City.
