Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work, officially known as Primary Clarifier No. 2 Mechanism Replacement, consists of replacement of the drive mechanism on Primary Clarifier No. 2, including removal of the existing drive unit and modifications to the clarifier bridge to accommodate the new drive installation. The Work also includes sandblasting and recoating all submerged and exposed steel surfaces in the clarifier, including collector mechanism, bridge, scum collector, baffles, brackets, pipes, and miscellaneous hardware. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond acceptable to the City of Oconomowoc for 110% of the Contract Price for each of the above Bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of Owner.
