Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project includes the following work: Removals: ex- cavation common, landscaping, existing asphalt parking lot & sidewalks, curbs, sea wall, clearing & grubbing & existing site amenities; Erosion Control: erosion mat, turbidity barrier, silt fence maintenance, sediment logs & stormwater basins; Site Improvements: concrete sidewalk, asphalt parking paving, curb & gutter, integral curb & gutter, pavement marking, dense grade base, detectable warning fields, boardwalk with composite decking, thickened edge concrete sidewalk, steps, railings, irrigation system, park benches, seat walls with lighting, bike racks, bollards, site signage & pavement marking; Electrical: electrical service, site lighting & underground conduit; Utilities: new sanitary sewer service & service connection; new water service, temporary irrigation, permanent irrigation, service connection; new electrical service & connection; stormwater area, stormwater structures & building drain outlet; Building: Core Shelter-building includes restrooms, utility chase & mechanical room. Building will have concrete foundations & masonry walls. Pavilion portion will be supplied by the City for installation by the contractor; Site & Turf Restoration: Site & turf restoration, sodding, mulching, general site clean-up & amenities installed; Proposed Schedule: tentatively award the work by February 4, 2025; substantial site flatwork project completion is desired for sodding by June 1, 2025; & the building, boardwalk & remaining work by November 1, 2025. All bidders shall submit a proposed project schedule along with their bid. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid payable to the Owner as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute & file the proper contract & bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed & if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
