Annual Generator Maintenance. Question Deadline 03/28/2024 at 5:00 PM ET. Seeking proposals from qualified vendors to perform a regular Planned Maintenance (PM) program including, but not limited to, annual major servicing, inspection, minor repairs, cleaning, lubrication, alignment and adjustment, on all University emergency power generators. Vendors shall populate all attachments of this RFP that require the Vendor to provide information and include an authorized signature where requested. Failure to provide all required items, or Vendor's submission of incomplete items, may result in UNC Asheville rejecting Vendor's proposal, in UNC Asheville's sole discretion. If any Services, deliverables, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this solicitation are required for Vendor's proper performance, provision and delivery of the Service and deliverables under a resulting Contract, or are an inherent part of or necessary sub-task included within such Service, they will be deemed to be implied by and included within the scope of the Contract to the same extent and in the same manner as if specifically described in the Contract.
