(PCL), acting as Construction Manager for the Les Terrasses de la Chaudière (LTDCL) Envelope Replacement project, is initiating a process to prequalify proponents for the installation, demolition and abatement of Temporary Partitions and Related works for Block 100. This component of the overall envelope replacement project is estimated at approximately $30,000,000.00 CAD. As part of this process, proponents will be required to prequalify to meet the specific requirements of this project. Only proponents considered by PCL to meet the prequalification requirements will be eligible to submit a bid for this project. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
