Reference Number 0000265569 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/15 12:00:00 AM EDT The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. Supply and installation of labour, material and equipment necessary to provide new doors, frames and hardware categorized but not limited to typical interior doors with vision glass, metal mesh doors, doors with transfer grille, aluminum doors in curtain walls or glass partitions. Garage doors, roll up doors and extra heavy duty industrial rated impact traffic doors. Door frames are categorized but not limited to metal and steel frames. This work also includes but not limited to various hardware details such as push plates, pull bars, kickplate, exit device, manual door opener, and locking slide for overhead doors. Construction Schedule The work will begin upon contract award and will be executed within the Construction Manager's overall construction schedule. The scheduled duration for this work will be confirmed in the second stage of tendering. The work pertaining to this RFQ is anticipated to start in Q3 of 2024 and be completed by Q3 of 2027.
