Renovation of a mixed-use development in Staunton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and educational facility.
In according to Contract Documents prepared by FGM Architects Inc., 475 Regency Park, Suite 325, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269; phone 618.624.3364; fax 618.624.3369. Project consists of interior renovations to the Library and Art Room at Staunton High School and all associated work. Bids will be based on lump sum construction contract. Bids shall include not less than the Prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor Additional shipping/handling charges may apply and are non-refundable. Contact Snow Printing for exact shipping/handling charge. Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10) percent of Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
