Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Staunton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The proposed work consists of the construction of Requirements as set forth in Section 00 73 13 of culverts, ditch grading, and related appurtenances necessary to complete the work as shown on the ' Plans. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days of the scheduled time of closing bids. The successful bidder will be required to execute and present performance and payment bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. Bids must be for the contract as a whole. Illinois law requires that contractors pay the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Department of Labor. Minority Business Participation. There is a Mandatory 10% minority participation in this project. Bidders on this project will be required to comply with the Minority Business Participation. This contract will be funded under a grant from Madison County Community Development is subject to availability of project funds and compliance with the requirements of Madison County Community Development. The village of Williamson reserves the right to waive, or not to waive, any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids and to determine which is the lowest and best bid. All applicable laws, ordinances, and rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the contract. Document notes :Digital copies of the plans and specifications may be at no cost upon Engineer's receipt of a completed request/release form provided by Engineer.
