Reference Number 0000344107 The City of Seguin (City) is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for professional services who can adequately demonstrate have five (5) years of relevant experience, the resources, and qualifications to fulfill the role of Construction Manager/Construction Inspector (CM/CI). All consultants submitting a response to this RFQ and seeking to provide services for the City of Seguin should be extremely familiar with Local Government Project Procedures (LGPP or "Local Let") projects receiving federal funding through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive construction management services for all phases of construction, quality control and quality assurance, and project close-out through the LGPP TxDOT process. The city will select one respondent to provide these services for the Rudeloff Road Project.
