The selected Offeror must furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the construction of the following improvements (the "Work"): Porch Repairs To be constructed at the following location ("Project Site"): 704 Zorn Street, Seguin, Texas 78155 Estimated Project Budget: $50,000 Minimum Qualifications. Because of the nature of the Work, the selected Offeror must meet the following qualifications and/or must have any licenses or certifications specified below (collectively, the "Minimum Qualifications"): Offerors must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance required for the Work.
