PROJECT: THREE (3) ABOVEGROUND FUEL TANKS, INCLUDING NEW TRASH DUMPSTER QUESTIONS: Questions from Bidders must be received by Thursday, February 14, 2024 at 11:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions must be emailed to the procurement@staffordcountyva.gov . The County is not responsible for verbal clarification of information provided by parties other than staff of the Procurement Division For help in submitting your bid, please call Customer Care 1-866-289-7367 or visit website TIME FOR COMPLETION, LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR NONCOMPLETION A. The time for completion of this Contract shall be as fixed in the Owner-Contractor Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the County-Contractor Agreement, or Specifications, liquidated damages for non-completion within the stipulated time shall be Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars ($860.00) per calendar day for Substantial Completion and One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per calendar day for Final Completion. B. It is the intent of the County to execute a Contract with the successful Bidder within ninety (90) days after receiving Bids. The site of the proposed work is on County owned property, public streets, easements and/or other right of ways, as shown on the drawings or attachments.
