The County of Santa Cruz Department of Community Development & Infrastructure is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide construction management services on an on-call basis. The response to this solicitation will be in the form of a Statement of Qualifications. The performance period of the contract is three (3) years with the possibility of two 1-year extensions for consultants performing satisfactorily. Due to the large number of projects anticipated to be awarded in the coming years, construction management services are needed for various types of County Capital Improvement Projects or other County projects including but not limited to storm damage repair, bridge replacement, pavement repair and resurfacing, drainage improvement, and guardrail replacement. The required services shall ensure projects are constructed in accordance with the contract documents and County requirements. Question Submission Deadline:March 15, 2024, 5:00pm
