The City of Oxnard is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Anionic Polymer. The City of Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant (OWTP) owns and operates a Chemically Enhanced Primary Treatment (CEPT) facility. This facility is designed to add anionic polymer to the raw wastewater prior to the primary settling basins to improve primary settling performance. The goal of this solicitation is to conduct a competitive process that will result in the selection of the highest performing, most cost effective polymer. Only those polymers that have completed the required Polymer bench scale testing will be considered for the full scale test.
