LICENSE REQUIREMENT: The Contractor must have a Class A or C-12 license to submit a bid, as provided in Business & Professions Code section 7028.15. Licensing must be maintained throughout the Contract duration. Direct questions regarding bid submission to 510-670-5450. Submit bid questions as described in the Special Notices that accompany the Special Provisions. Questions not submitted 5 days before bid opening will not be considered for response or treated as bid protests. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 Allotted Time for Completion: 60 Working Days. Include a bidder s security equal to at least 10 percent of the bid. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and any or all items of such bids.
