This requirement is being solicited as other than full and open competition (brand name) IAW FAR 13.501(a). The Government intends to procure the required Eaton brand Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) required by Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) to replace end-of-life (EoL) systems as well as provide preventative maintenance for the new systems. The place of performance will be 112 Lakeview Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23435. The period of performance will begin 01 JULY 2024 (SUBJECT TO CHANGE). ALTERNATIVES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
